(2) Day/Night classes will be via live stream and the videos will remain online after that for those unable to take the classes as scheduled.

BIBLICAL EPISTEMOLOGY

Mondays (starting July 25), 9.30-10.30am, 1 credit
Epistemology concerns the nature and grounds of knowledge how we know what we know? For Christians, who believe that the truth makes us free (John 8:32), the question of how we can know what is true must be considered of prime importance. In our present age it is often assumed that only science can lead us to true knowledge: in this course we will consider the biblical teaching on the subject, as well as some examples of how this teaching ought to be applied.

CHURCH HISTORY II

This course is a study on the history of the Church from the Reformation to the present day. Consideration is given to the forerunners, causes, progress, chief leaders, and effects of the 16th century Reformation and of the status of the Roman and Protestant churches today.

This course will study Ezra in depth to discover its biblical and theological truths and apply these truths to the church today.

This course examines critically the history and heresies of the major cults of the world today.

PROVERBS II

The book of Proverbs concerns the Christian’s walk with God on earth. Those who study and apply the wisdom of this book will be wise towards practical Christian living. It is especially profitable for young people.

CONTEMPORARY THEOLOGY I

This course examines the history, development and theology of the Modern Text and Versions Movement in the light of Scripture.

This course will study the book of Daniel to discover its biblical and theological truths and apply these truths to the church today.

THEOLOGY OF MARRIAGE

Thursdays (starting July 21), 7.30-9.30pm, 2 credits
This course on marriage seeks to teach what the Bible says about marriage which includes the creation of man and woman, courtship and wedding, the covenant family, divorce and remarriage, singlehood and other related subjects.

LIFE OF CHRIST I (CHINESE)

Wednesdays (starting July 20), 7.30-9.30pm, 2 credits
This course is a study of Christ’s ministry on earth through a harmony of the four Gospels. Emphasis will be placed on how Christ saved sinners through His active and passive obedience.

A study of 2 Chronicles in depth to discover its biblical and theological truths and apply these truths to the church today. 2 credits.

EARN YOUR CERTIFICATE
Certificate of Religious Knowledge (CertRK)
The CertRK is a Bible study programme at the basic level. The successful completion of 20 credits earns the CertRK.

Certificate of Biblical Studies (CertBS)
The CertBS is a Bible study programme at the advanced level. The successful completion of 40 credits (or 20 credits beyond the CertRK) earns the CertBS.
