GRH 073 The True Lord God Made Heaven and Earth

Our true God created all,
Light and darkness show His pow’r
He who rules the day and night,
He creates each seed, each flow’r.

(2)
Praise Him for His loving care,
Guarding with His arm so strong,
Food and clothing He supplies,
For all things to Him belong.

(3)
Idols all, how false, how frail!
Only God in heav’n is true,
Idols all are made by men,
Praise to God alone is due.

(4)
God of grace beyond compare,
Thou from death has set men free,
May all people, young and old,
Sov’reign Lord, bring praise to Thee.
