EHS 044 O Love That Wilt Not Let Me Go

O Love that wilt not let me go,
I rest my weary soul in Thee.
I give Thee back the life I owe,
that in Thine ocean depths its flow
may richer, fuller be.

O Cross that leadeth to the Lamb,
O hill on which my Saviour died!
Thou Son of God the Great I AM;
Behold! Thou Seed of Abraham;
My Saviour crucified!

O Light that shinest on my way,
I yield my flick’ring torch to Thee;
My life is but a borrowed ray,
That in Thy sunshine’s blaze its day
May brighter fairer be!

O Joy that comforteth in pain,
I turn my grieving heart to Thee;
I see the rainbow through the rain,
and know Thy promise is not vain,
That morn shall tearless be!
